Muchas gracias! n_n
Realmente buscaba como hacer este arma lo mas parecida posible y al menor coste. El proceso parece muy simple y básico (y hasta me da cosa decir que es de cartón xD), pero el resultado es bastante bueno :D

Then I cut the blade of the sword in cardboard (made two equal parts), and I was sticking with the center pole melt glue, reinforcing the box with wooden rods (so no were doubled).
Then I covered with the aluminium adhesive foil tape and painted with acrylic paint.
When everything was dry I spent a bit of bitumen to remove gloss to foil (shiny was xD) and finally glued pieces of fabric dyed with acrylics and water.
Easy easy xD

P.D.: Sorry my bad english xDDDDDDDDD
